Tower & Infrastructure Leads
Find tower lease prospects before aggregators do
Tower lease aggregation is a land rush. The difference between a good deal and a lost deal is who finds the landowner first. Public records tell you where the towers are, who owns the land, and what the lease looks like -- months before a lease renewal hits the market.
What We Deliver
Qualified prospect lists with parcel data, landowner identification, lease terms where available, and tower tenant information cross-referenced against FCC and FAA databases.
| Data Point | Source |
|---|---|
| Tower location and height | FCC ASR + FAA OE/AAA |
| Land parcel and owner | Municipal assessor records |
| Current tenant | FCC ULS registration |
| Lease payment history | Municipal check registers (where available) |
| Zoning and permits | Planning board agendas + permit records |
| Co-location potential | FCC registration count per structure |
Coverage
We've screened 3,800+ tower sites across 1,800+ municipalities. Coverage is deepest in New England, Illinois, and Idaho, expanding weekly.
What a prospect looks like
A single prospect in our dataset connects:
- Assessor data showing the landowner, property valuation, and lease notation
- FCC registration showing the tower tenant (American Tower, Crown Castle, SBA, etc.)
- FAA filing showing tower height, coordinates, and construction date
- Check register data (where available) showing lease payment amounts and frequency
- Planning board records showing any zoning variances, height amendments, or renewal hearings
No single public database contains all of this. The value is in the cross-reference.
The Scale of What's Out There
There are 130,000+ FCC-registered tower structures in the United States. Most sit on privately owned land with ground leases that renew, transfer, or expire without anyone outside the immediate parties knowing about it. The public records that reveal lease terms, landowner identity, and property valuation exist in 19,500 municipal assessor databases, most of which have never been systematically screened.
We've screened 3,800+ tower sites across 1,800+ municipalities so far. At national scale, the addressable universe is roughly 40,000+ sites where municipal records intersect with FCC/FAA data to produce qualified prospects. The pipeline adds municipalities weekly, and every new town with assessor data activates tower screening automatically.
Who This Is For
- Tower lease aggregators looking for acquisition targets before competitors
- Infrastructure REITs evaluating ground lease portfolios
- Land brokers identifying landowners with existing tower leases
- Wireless carriers planning network densification with site-level intelligence
